1998 993 C4S Pagid Orange Brake Noise

Vehicle Information: Model: 993 C4S; Year: 1998; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 33,000;

I had Pagid Orange Pads installed on my car. I had them on for about 150 miles before I went to a DE event. I was never told to "bed" them in and after finding out about the bedding I figured it would happen at the track. I can''t begin to describe how loud these are no matter what speed I am going. It seemed after leaving the track on the way home they were quiet but that lasted for about 40 miles. Even at the track well into the session they were squeaking at high speeds going into a turn. Around town they are unbearable (at highway speeds they are just as bad). Am I missing something? Should I have had the rotors resurfaced or cleaned or something? Can this be fixed? I was told these were a great street/track pad and did not make much noise. I am at the point where I am rolling to a stop because people look horrified when I pull up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
