1998 993 Oil seepage and Suspension update

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Year: 1998; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 10000;

Recently purchased a low mile (7900) '98 C2S fully loaded with factory sports suspension (on factory 18' wheels-225/40 and 285/30). I had it lowered with Euro springs. Although the ride is smoother and steering effort is easier, I seem to have a lot of understeer. Here are the readings from the alignment; Front-0.33camber, 0.03 toe Rear-1.30 camber, 0.16 toe. Thrust angle 0.00...nothing on kinematic toe. I've compared this to the factory recommended numbers, perhaps the toe is inadequate. My tire pressures are 34/36 (factory Pirelli tires). Any additional recommendation?Secondly, I noticed a minor oil leakage-my independent specialist thinks its from the cylinder heads-says it may be from prolonged non-use and that it may re-seal. My oil consumption is 1 quart per 1000miles (up to the top mark of the dipstick)...no oil on the floor with the tray off. What's the likelihood of this being a major problem in the future?Many thanks State: MNCar Prep: StockTotal Mileage: 10000Car Use: Street use only
