1999 996 C4 Clutch problem

Transmission and Clutch

Vehicle Information: Model: 996 C4; Year: 1999; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 25,500 approx;

After 5 (Five!!) visits to Pacific Porsche they replaced my entire clutch in June 2005. I am again having trouble with the pedal squeak (which actually never went away) and now I am having trouble getting into gear. I brought it to my mechanic and he informed me that when the clutch is fully depressed the car is still in gear. I do not have confidence in Pacific Porsche and want to bring my car to another dealership. I understand that the parts are covered for 2 years but not the labor. I think that if this turns out to be a clutch problem that if parts are necessary they should be replaced and the labor involved should be paid by Pacific Porsche. I am planning to contact Beverly Hills Porsche to see what their "take" is on this. I also am attempting to get the name of the Regional Manager so I can relay the situation to him.Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. This is just so frustrating. Incidentally I did file a complaint with Porsche Customer Care.
