1999 996 Overheating replacement engine

Engine

Vehicle Information: Year: 1999; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 75,000;

The dealer just installed a new motor in my 1999 996. The original motor let go at 75k miles and we believe it was probably a head gasket or other seal / gasket that failed as the motor spontaniously started mixing water with oil and was burning coolant. The cooling system has been flushed and refilled using the vaccum technique but the water temp continues to run hot. The car has been raised in the rear and been allowed to sit overnight to help bleed the system. I suspect that some debris has found it's way into the radiators and I have suggested we go ahead and replace them. My dealer seems to be at a loss as to what to do next. Any ideas of what else might be causing the overheating? Thanks for all you do for PCA!
