1999 996 Warranty Repair turn-around Time

Engine

Vehicle Information: Year: 1999; Body Type: Select One; Total Mileage: 43000;

I have read many threads about repairs of oil leaks, and am currently experiencing a warranty repair that so far has taken 3 weeks. The 4th week starts today. My question is: What is a reasonable/unreasonable turnaround time for a warranty repair, and what options do I have to get this rectified. The original symptom was an oil leak at the rear main, but when they got into it, they also found leaking separator, leaking spark plug tube, then had several delays getting seals, o-rings and miscellaneous parts, then I noticed that all of the exhaust bolts were corroded, so I requested that they be replaced. Good thing, as one of them broke off in the jug while attempting the removal. How many weeks on the rack does it take to get a new engine, or some escalated attention from the factory? Or is Porsche just trying to let my warranty expire while the car is on the rack? (I'm frustrated and very dissatisfied). PS: I have been dealing with this particular dealer for 15 years now, and do not believe that they are the problem).
