1999 Boxster Purchase sight unseen

Vehicle Information: Year: 1999; Engine (type, size, modifications): 5 Speed, Sport Pgk, traction, full leather, 18" sport classic wheels; Total Mileage: 45000; Transmission: Manual;

I am dealing long distance considering the purchase of a 1999 Boxster. The car was delivered 2-1999 and is a one owner car, always dealer serviced, no suspect history. I have had a PPI done at a California Porsche dealer and the inspection went well. The only items found during the PPI were:1. slight seepage - Valve Covers - (bank 1 appears to be residual oil from previous repair)2. AC does not blow cold.Before I buy this car sight unseen (relying on the inspection) and fly to California to drive the car 1500 miles back to my home in Washington, can you give me any advice as to other questions to ask now to be saved heartache later? The inspection form used by the CA Dealer is the same one they use to certify a car. This car has no warranty and will not be certified.Thank you!
