2000 996 C4 any followup on the "rippled fender" question?

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Model: 996-4; Year: 2000; Body Type: Cabriolet; Total Mileage: 40K;

I'm considering lowering the car via x74 and putting 19" wheels on my 2000 cab 4. I'm told that any 996 will handle 19" wheels without rubbing though the x74 package may change that. True? I'm curious whether you've rec'd the followup you requested from the recent "rippled fender" post below:I put 19" wheels on my car (19X8.5 & 19X10) and lowered it about 1" with H&R springs. Now I am getting ripples in my right front fender. Is this being caused by "body flex"? Besides taking it back to stock, is there a way to correct the cause of the rippling? Sway bars, stabilizer, etc.As always, thanks for your help, sir!
