2000 996 C4 Replacing stock drivers seat - preventing fault codes

Vehicle Information: Model: C4; Year: 2000; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 25000;

Joel, I am in the process of installing a SRD Recaro seat in place of the stock drivers seat (heated and powered). Thus far I have disconnected the battery and removed the seat. I noticed that there are three wiring looms going to the black box under the drivers seat. I assume the box controls the seat memory functions and the like. On the box, it also says "abs", I assume it means abs plastic. I will be reinstalling the factory seat buckle and the wiring for it. Are there other things that I should be aware of to avoid problems with the Airbags, or other important wiring that was under the seat?Thanks,Doug
