2000 996 Soft Brake feel

Vehicle Information: Year: 2000; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 11500;

I changed my brake fluid (flushed) using a power bleeder. No matter how long I bled the calipers, both inside and outside, on all four corners, I get a stream of tiny (1mm) air bubbles? If I push the pedal hard it will slowly go down yet in test driving it stops well and if pushed hard the ABS comes on. Six months ago, the dealer changed the brake oil, and again it felt a little mushy as well. Is the mushy pedal feel on my model normal? I drove a loaner 2003 Boxter for a day last week, the pedal feel was better than my 996's? Aren't they supposed to feel similar?Thanks
