2000 996 Suspension Upgrade

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Year: 2000; Body Type: Cabriolet; Total Mileage: 19,000;

I am considering upgrading the suspension to either the Bilstein PSS-9 or H&R fully adjustable systems. I would intend to lower the car by about 1.25" and use the softer compression & rebound settings. I use 18" turbo wheels with Potenza S02A. Do you have positive or negative experiences with either of these systems? If properly set up, can they significantly "improve" the highway experience of this car? What I mean to "improve" is the lift I experience at 100+ coupled with the daily kidney loss rolling over the smallest road imperfections. Any other suggestions?
