2001 996 Carrera Cabriolet Leaks & problems

Vehicle Information: Year: 2001; Body Type: Convertible; Total Mileage: 3,412 only;

I am currently experiencing problems with my 2001 Porsche C-4, Cabriolet in the following: Braking system grinding, noise, hot, shaking, smell, rusting, throwing of a lot of rust and showing up on tires and side of vehicle, car pulling to the right at braking, rotten egg odors inside of vehicle, constantly rusting of brakes disc, very low visibility in rear window after constant cleaning with Porsche cleaner, convertible top catching at top and hook closing down prior to closures. Constant leaking of top on both sides of vehicle when ever it rains or during washing of vehicle water runs inside of car on both front side of windows. I did buy this car brand new. Current mileage on vehicle 3,412. Yes I have had this car to the dealer on Qty (4) four separate ocassions and they stated that all cars leak water and its covered in their owners manual as some cars leak water and they say there's no fix for this. Yes i did have the brakes replaced, master cylinder, top seals and same problem. Yes I have used the Porsche recommended plastic cleaner on the window with no luck what so ever. Brakes grinding and very noisey. Thats why I am contacting you to see if you have experienced these same problems with any other cars and what was the remedy if so. I am desperate at this point to get this resolved and answers to why and how this can be resolved.Could you please respond with any recommendations or possible answers as to how and why these occurs. thank you.
