2001 996 Turbo Clutch

Vehicle Information: Year: 2001 Turbo; Engine (Size, Modifications): 3.6; Total Mileage: 23,000;

When I start the car in the morning for the first time it is becoming very hard to push in the clutch in all the way before I start the engine. As soon as the engine starts most of the pressure to push in the clutch goes away and things go back to normal. I have checked the hydrulic fluid and it is full. As soon as I start the car I can feel the clutch pressure ease up. This situation did not bother me however , yesterday after I started the car I found I had to release the clutch almost all the way out to back the car out of the driveway. Once out on the street the clutch engaged in its normal spot. Do I have a problem developing and what should I tell the dealer. The car in no longer under warranty.Total Mileage: 23,000
