2002 911 Burning Oil

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carera; Year: 2002; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 18660;

I have had a problem with the oil indicator light in my 2002 911. The dealer said that the car was a quart of oil low so the light came on. After being topped off, the light came on again so they replaced the oil sender gaugae and it seems to be fine. However, after 3 weeks and 180 miles on the car, the dipstick is 25% full, the electronic oil test in the car is 4 bars low and I noticed a liquid coming out of the right tailpipe. I bought the car CPO from a dealer 6 months ago. At this point I am thinking of taking it back to them and demanding my $$ back. 2 questions. Should this car be buring oil? The dealer tells me it should and secondly, if so, should it be burning oil as much and as fast as it is? Thanks for your help.
