2002 996 C2 handling issues

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Model: 996 C2; Year: 2002; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 46548;

Hi Joel,I have an '02 996 C2. This car has a behavior of his own. It had too much vertical travel, that got fixed, by installing H&R springs and HD Bilsteins. Now I will like to fix other issues that where prior to the H&R and bilstein installation:-While testing the car's handling, the 996 felt very light in the front with a vague feeling of having contact with the road surface, -also the handling nature is numb and uncommunicative, doesn't give a reassuring feel, I couldn't tell how close to the limit I was through some corners. -And at times, the rear felt like it wanted to come around under heavy braking. It wasn't that the car was doing anything wrong; it just told me the least about what it was up to. By the way, mi car has the original 18 in. wheels, and will like to start using my car in the track, and to still be able to drive my car on the street . Please advice JM
