2002 996 clicking clutch noise

Vehicle Information: Year: 2002; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 1700;

I know there has been questions about clutch noise but I didn't see anything on the clicking clutch noise my car makes when I depress and release my clutch. The dealer says it's normal and showed me a boxster that made the same noise. I saw the info on a tech bulletin that was posted. Would that update apply? Thanks.
