2003 996 Bad Dealer?

Vehicle Information: Year: 2003; Body Type: Select One; Total Mileage: 4000;

I recently took my 2003 996 into the dealer to fix an oil leak (it leaked from when I bought it new- I'm not too happy about this!).The dealer claimed that they replaced a valve head gasket, a cam gasket and some other items I couldn't identify on the invoice under warranty. It was pretty exetensive. I also requested an oil change which cost a ridiculous $200.00. A local German independent told me they would do an oil change for around $100.00. I also wanted a rattle fixed in the left window.The dealer returned my car to me dirty with bird droppings on it. I made them wash it. When I got it home, I noticed the next morning that the oil leak was as bad as ever and the window rattle was not fixed.I'm wondering if in fact this dealer repaired anything. Maybe they just said they did and billed PCNA for repairs that they did not really do.I don't feel comfortable going back to them, even though I bought the car from them. Should I send PCNA a letter about this?
