2003 Factory X50 Turbo cut out at low RPM

Vehicle Information: Year: 2003; Engine (Size, Modifications): Factory X50; Total Mileage: 4000;

At low RPM as the engine decelerates, and the bar goes to 0 the car jerks... a sensation almost as if it is downshifting (obviously it isn't with a manual). I assume this is a function of the turbos "deactivating?" There is no noise associated with this. However, if at speed, say 80 MPH in 5th or 6th it becomes quite noticeable. Is this normal?
