2004 996 C4S sudden disappearance of fuel

Fuel System

Vehicle Information: Model: 996 c4s; Year: 2004; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 4100;

Hi, I took the car to the dealership for a regular oil change. All went well until I drove away, stopped the car. Tried to restart, but it wouldn't even crank, stating engine failure on the on-board computer. It took me several times to start it up, it did.Took it back to the dealership, they replaced something (don't recall what, but it wasn't major, just an electrical thing). Upon picking the car up, I noticed the fuel was completely empty as indicated on the gauge and on board computer. They said it probably emptied while it was on during their work on the car. I accepted and we refueled.2 weeks have passed since that, I had no need to refuel, and noticed I was at the 1/2 mark while in the car today. Upon arrival at my destination, left the car off, returned to start in 45 minutes, and it wouldn't even crank but was reading the oil msrmnt instead. Attempted to restart and it did, not like 2 weeks ago when it took me several times. In addition, there was no display of engine failure. However, the fuel disappeared!!! It read 00-0 and the warning to refuel on board and fuel gauge all the way down to the orange warning. I left the car to sit like that and can't wait to call service.Please explain, thanks!!Region: MetroTotal Mileage: 4100Car Use: Street use only
