2.7RS to 3.2?

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 T; Year: 1973; Body Type: Targa; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.7 RS spec motor; Total Mileage: 218000;

Hi Ed, I have had a 2.7 RS spec motor in the car for the last 8 years and 20+ thousand miles and it has been a great performer but as you might expect a habitual leaker. It seems that in the last few years every spring it is a cam shaft seal or something and now it is the case thru bolt seals. I have a line on an '86 low mileagle 3.2 including the 915 transmission and was woundering exactly what parts I would need to install it in my '73. To quote the ad. It comes with DME, relay and alt module. No Tach or any fuel related parts, filter/pump etc.are mentioned. My 2.7 came with mechanical fuel injection as it is an early '73. Do I need to convert any of the fuel system to accommodate a 3.2? I would also like to put my SSI heat excangers and modified muffler on the 3.2. The inside of the muffler waw opened up to accommodate the 2.7 set up. Will that work? I realize that my heat exchangers are for a mechanical injected car so I may have to deal with that but my question is more focused on the capacity of them to work on a 3.2L.Thanks Ed, Greg
