I opted to lubricate the lock with what my locksmith recommended which was Tri-Flow. Great stuff. Eliminated the problem of the shaft sticking. All keys now work very smooth. I decided to replace the ignition switch with a new one. The old switch operated smoothly. The new one is kinda rough and makes little grinding noise like metal on metal rubbing. Is this the way they are new? Seems like it needs to be lubricated. Do you think I have a defective one?
