30k inspection and warranty

Vehicle Information: Year: 2001; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2; Total Mileage: 34k;

If I opt to not take my car in for the 30k inspection, will this create any problem if I need waranry work before the warranty expires next April? I change my own oil and have recently replaced the air and cabin filters, which are normally replaced at 30k miles. This inspection costs several hundred dollars, even without the oil change. I have no visible oil leaks and the car is running fine. Thanks!
