3.2 on a '73 915 trans?

Vehicle Information: Model: 911T ; Year: 1973; Body Type: Targa; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.7 RS spec; Total Mileage: 220,000;

I am about to put a 3.2 in a '73T. I know that it will bolt up to the original transmission but should I do that? It is the original '73 915 trans and was rebuilt 8 years and 30,000 miles ago but never abused. I have been running a modified 2.7 RS spec motor but never track the car or race in any way. I basically drive it 80 miles a day to work and back on the highway. I want to go to a stock 3.2 for the convenience of a modern engine that will give me the same performance but better milage and fewer oil leaks. I have looked at various message boards but want the answer straight from the source. OK to do? Knotch in the trans for a sensor? Sensor work on the stock flywheel and clutch? Any thing I don't see coming?Thanks, Greg
