'86 Carrera Brake Moaning

Vehicle Information: Model: Carrera; Year: 1986; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): stock; Total Mileage: 39600;

I have developed a moaning or groaning noise which I believe is coming from the front brakes. After driving a short distance, the noise begins at various speeds. Slight pressure to the brake pedal makes it stop for a short time. Brake pads were relaced (JUR-D552J front, POR-91135295002 rear)and the front calipers were rebuilt three years ago. Rotors seemed fine so I didn't do anything to them. Everything worked great for almost three years and 5000 miles. Since developing the moan, I have removed all pads (they look fine), cleaned them, sprayed anti vibration material on the backs and applied grease. No change. Should I turn the rotors?
