88 930 fouling plugs w ZDDP oil

Engine

Vehicle Information: Year: 1988; Engine (Size, Modifications): 3.3 L; Total Mileage: 74,253;

Started/ran fine when disassembled for top end overhaul at 73,000mi. Compression was increased to 8:1, new plugs, wires,cams & rings. Rebuilt rods,heads and honed cyls. Found out the cold start valve had been disconnected and cams were set at .4 before work. Car runs much better after rebuild but only when on 6 cyls. Now a plug will foul from differing cyls but the cold start valve had been reconnected. I had also changed to a high ZDDP oil(Brad Penn 20/50 racing oil) after the rebuild. The mech said the injectors are shiney and they should be a little grey/brown. Also some injectors are dribbling instead of spraying a cone pattern. The cold start valve and the O2 sensor have been disconnected and I am driving it to see if that is the problem. Could the green, hydro-cracked Dino oil be the problem? I am also changing to Chevron gas which has Techron.
