89 Speedster ultra low miles

Vehicle Information: Model: 89 Speedster; Year: 1989; Body Type: Convertible; Engine (type, size, modifications): Carrera; Total Mileage: 4250;

I bought this single owner car about 30 days ago from a Porsche dealer in New York. It has clearly been driven very little. It went through a safety inspection and used car inspection conducted by the dealer selling this car before I bought it. They flushed the brake system, changed the oil, replaced worn deck and hood struts, charged the A/C, changed tyres, wipers, that's pretty much it. I am not sure of the prior maintenance history on the car. I was wondering what I should do with the car before I feel comfortable winding up the engine. Does it need a tune up, valve adjustment, anything else, because of the age of the car. The selling dealer said it will only need a valve adjustment at 15000 miles, since that is determined by miles not age, but another local dealer recommends getting the 30000 mile service done. Unfortunately, I am not very mechanically inclined.
