911 1969 Slight Miss

Vehicle Information: Model: 911T; Year: 1969; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.0 Liter Stock; Total Mileage: 98K;

I have a slight engine miss when I am cruising at any RPM. I don't feel it when accelerating but all the power isn't there. On the few occasions when the miss was missing, the car performs much better when accelerating. If I let the car idle for 5-10 minutes when cold, the problem is much less pronounced. I have rebuilt the carbs twice including using a very good cleaner, i.e. before EPA. I have replaced the plugs, wires and connectors (resistance checked) rotor and cap (Marelli). I also had to replace the fuel pump (didn't chnage anything). I put in a Facet pump with a regulator set at 3.5 psi. Should I think about replacing the distributor?
