964 Purchase Question

After 5 years of thinking about purchasing a 964 (and about 7 test drives), I have decided to take the plunge and buy this spring.My budget is up to $25,000 and I am not mechanically inclined. Of course, my fear is the unexpected $10-15k repairs.Are there any years that I should stay away from? Also, should I avoid high miles (over 80,000 miles)?Any tips would be appreciated.
