993 steering wheel vibration

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Year: 993; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 17,000;

I recently purchased a 1998 993 C2S with factory aerokit, ABD, M030 suspension and 18" sport classic wheels w/ Bridgestone S02's. The car was extremely lowered with only 24" clearence to the top of the front wheel wells. The springs were a purpleish colored set of Eibachs (I think) installed by Brumos. I replaced the springs with stock Porsche C4S springs and the rear shocks with Bilsteins. The front springs were cut by one half coil to achieve the proper ride height. The steering wheel shake is most noticeable at 55 to 65 mph. A front wheel balance helped the situation but did not cure it. The car has been aligned twice and corner balanced. All work was done by a reputable (I think) Porsche specialist. What do you suggest to solve my steering wheel vibration or does this sound normal and I have to live with it?
