996 30k mile maintenace too many problems

Hi,I just took 2002 996 C4 to the dealership for the 30k mile maintenace; and they found that there were three problems with the car. 1) They said I need new clutch; on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worse condition, they said my clutch is a 9. However I don't feel any difference in the way the car drive (no slippage) since I had it at 8K miles. I don't drive agressively and I don't race on the track, jsut street driving. I've owned 2 other manual cars in the past and have not had to change the clutch until 60,000 miles. How can you tell if the clutch is bad, if you don't feel any slippage? 2) They said I have an oil leak in the valve lift actuator. Does this usually occurs this early? Is it easy to fix? 3) They also said I have a leakage in the coolant hose "coolant neck", what ever that means. Can I repair this my self?I'm just concerned that they are just trying to trump problems so they can make more money from me. Do these problems USUALLY come up on porsches at 30K miles?
