996 rebuild

My 2002 996 has 105,000 miles and recently the oil pressure is showing a reading between 2-3 bar down from 3-4 at about 2500 rpm cruising in 5th gear (Trip).  It doesn't get higher than 3 even when the rpms are increased to 3000+.  Even on cold start-up it doesn't go above 3 - it used to peg out at 5.  No oil leaks, no smoke, no oil consumption, ims replaced about 15K ago.  Taking it to the dealer, maybe it is something simple like sending unit.  If a leak-down shows time for a rebuild what are the components that should be replaced in order to get another 100K.

Thanks
