996 TT Bleeding Brakes

Vehicle Information: Year: 2001; Engine (Size, Modifications): Stock; Total Mileage: 16000;

I was planning to bleed my brakes myself using a motive bleeder. First, looks like I would have full access to the bleeders on the calipers, so I am guessing I do not have to remove the wheels? Second, what PSI should I pump the bleeder to? I have seen the order is (passenger rear, drivers rear, passenger right and left last). Also, I saw it does not really matter inside/outside bleeder order. Anything else to be aware of?
