996 TT Rear Spoiler Failure

Body

Vehicle Information: Year: 2001; Engine (Size, Modifications): TT; Total Mileage: 25000;

I have a 2001 996tt that I purchased several months ago in the Scottsdale area.Before I purchased the car, I had Porsche Scottsdale inspect the car. During the inspection they discovered a failure in teh rear spoiler drive and replaced the entire assembly. I then immediately drove home to Utah.Since I got the car home, about 1-2 times a week, almost always in the morning, I receive a spoiler failure message/light as I come up to speed on the freeway (I drive the car daily). The spolier functions completely and the message diasppears once the car is turned off and restarted.I called Scottsdale and they indicated that there may be an "adjustment" problem but I should leave not worry about it unless the problems persists for a month or tow. Only then should I take it to the dealership to have the problem diagnosed.Any ideas?
