996 Turbo vs. 993 C2S/C4S

Model: 911 Turbo, Year:2002, Mileage:23500, Type of use:Street use only
About a year ago I traded my 34K mile 97 993 C2S plus cash for a 20K mile 2002 911 Turbo. The reason that I sought a trade was that my C2S was becoming problematic, with electrial system issues and windshield creaking issues etc. Although the Turbo has been great fun to drive and trouble free, I find myself missing the feel of my 993 which was the fourth one that I've owned leading up to the Turbo. My question is, would I be asking for trouble by seeking out a reverse trade for a low milage 993 C2S or C4S and is this in fact a backwards trade from a value perspective? Every dealer who I approached to do a deal has told me that the Turbo was now the lesser value and less desireable car than the 993 S. Although I realize that this is mostly a taste and personal preference issue, I would appreciate hearing your point of view on the topic of the 996 TURBO vs the 993 S model from both a technical point of view and a long term value perspective. I look forward to hearing from you.
