A/C Buzzing

Heating and Ventilation

Vehicle Information: Year: 2003; Engine (type, size, modifications): No modifications; Total Mileage: 12000;

I hear a buzzing coming from the front of the car on the passenger side. I started noticing it in the summer, possibly because the A/C is always running. The sound is light metallic, possibly plastic, about the frequency of a spinning fan. It is most prominent when I come to a stop with my foot on the brake. If I remove my foot, the sound tends to reduce or go away. It is also present at very low speeds. I generally don't hear the sound while moving. I don't hear it when the A/C is off. I don't remember if I hear it when the A/C fan runs while the "snowflake" button function is not on, but I doubt it. The A/C seems to otherwise function well.
