Acid rain damage

Vehicle Information: Model : 997; Year: 2005; Mileage: 3800;

I recently purchased a new 2005 911S. I was surprised to find that the black paint had what appeared to be acid rain damage on the upper rails along the top, the rear spoiler, on the top sides and even the back side and rear glass. Does anyone know how to remove or lessen the appearance of these etchings in the paint? The paint has a brillant shine (using 5Star Paint Protection) but when the sun hits it directly, the imperfections are very noticible.
