Brake Caliper Rebuild

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carrera ; Year: 1988; Body Type: Convertible; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2; Total Mileage: 15,000;

Hi Chris,I was able to replace all of the engine fuel lines without having to remove the intake (whew).Now I am back to a question that I asked you in May of 08.You told me to go to Porsche and get a full set of brake caliper wheel rebuild kits which I just did. I also decided that the car is 21 years old and that I should also change all of the brake rubber hose lines. I will use a white scotch pad to clean the calipers with brake fluid to remove and rust & junk that might have settled from no usage. Is it true that I have to replace the brake pistons when I am done at a 20 degree angle? Or is that not necessary?ThanksJack Miller
