Hello again. Is it OK to replace all front and rear brake pads and not to put those round inserts which hook up to the inside diameter of the brake piston? I believed these inserts are there to avoid brake pad rattling and squeaking. If I left those pieces out will my brake piston melt from heat generated from friction of the pad and disc? Thank you in advance.
