brake upgrade

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 RS America; Year: 1993; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.6 ltr, mass flow, headers; Total Mileage: 26,000;

Chris,I am researching a brake upgrade for my RSA and plan to use the 993 TT front calipers with adapters and 332mm Alcon rotors with aluminum hats provided a vendor. I feel confident that I have the front portion of the brake system figured out.For the rears, I have 965 Turbo calipers and need some advice on completeing the system. I understand that the off-sets on the 965 Turbo rotors will not work on the narrow body 911. I further understand that one option is to machine the calipers (VCI can do this) and use the 24mm non Turbo rotors.I obtained much of my information from the Panorama article tiled by Braking System Basics and Modifications, Part 2 by Bob Gagnon and Bill Gregory, VCI and seveal other sources.Rather than machining the rear calipers at a cost of $600+ and use a 24mm rotor, I would rather get custom aluminum hats machined and run 28mm rotors (the hats are about $600). I have a vendor to do this but need to give him the dimensions of the hat.Can you help me with the correct off-set/dimensions of the rear hats if I use the 965 calipers (without being machined) and a 28mm rotor.Thanks,Scott
