The car has been sitting for around four years, so when I got it I rebuilt the calipers, and dressed up the break pads and rotors, because the breaks were seizing up. I also got a new master cylinder and reservoir. The problem now is that the breaks are spongy. When the car is off you have to pump them up 5 or 6 times just to feel pressure. As soon as you start the car the pressure goes away and you have pump them up again. As soon as you stop and let the off the break, I'm right back at square one and have to pump them up again. The calipers are catching once I get pressure. Me and my dad have bleed the system countless times, probably enough to flush it out 3-4 times by now and we are not getting a speck of air. We have tried bleeding them every which way, back to front and front to back. We thought that maybe the master cylinder was faulty, so we bought another one, and we are getting the same results.
