Bright Metallic Silver Wheels

Vehicle Information: Model: 993; Year: 1997; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 5800;

Just purchased beautiful new low mileage black '97 Turbo S... was having large creditable Porsche dealer, who admitted they had not seen a lot of this rare model, do an inspection to identify anything which was less than absolutely original....everything looked good when the mechanic who was helping mentioned that the wheels looked refinished...I did not think so...the car only has 5800 miles and there are no signs of touch up work...the wheels are a beautiful bright metallic silver...however upon close examination inside the wheel there is, what appears to be, a line where bright metallic silver stops and a flat silver begins. We took the options number off the inside of the front hood and ran the number but we could not get a definite the Turbo S model wheels have a special bright silver metallic paint as one of its may distinguishing characteristics... is the paint job less than perfect inside the wheel? If so, is this common knowledge? If not what can I do to be sure?
