Hi, I'm just new to this site as I have just bought a 99 996. When my car is warmed up and driving for awhile, when I shut it off, it seems hard to start, almost as if the battery was bad. If I let it sit for 1/2 hour or so, it starts ok but not perfect. The battery is fine as it starts when I first get in it to go for a drive. I have heard a couple different ideas. The crank position sensor and the positive wire that runs from the starter to the alt to the engine. I'm just trying to figure this out before I take it a garage and have them work on and possibly rip me off. Is there any way to check either one? Thanks
