CEL Follow up

Vehicle Information: Year: 97; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 60051;

I just got my car back after replacing the valves. NJ DMV failed it due to the lack of cycles. I drove it for 2 weeks and the battery died. When I took it in again, did not pass. When NJ DMV put in the re-test system that the battery was fresh, it allowed the technician to continue the test to tailpipe. I passed, after almost 3 weeks of trying.On the PPI in Missouri, the dealer referred me to his attorney. Will not even return my calls. I got a brush off note from the attorney without response to a follow up letter. I think they hope I will go away. PCNA says that I cannot talk to the regional rep until I have the OK from the dealer, which I will not get. I am frustrated at the lack of support from PCNA. I am guessing they are now aware there is a serious issue with these cars and are trying to hide. Any more suggestions about escalating short of starting a lawsuit?The way it sits now, and I have owned more than 1 Porsche continuously for more than 15 years, is this is the last Porsche I will buy.
