Engine

Model: Boxster S, Year:2001, Mileage:49,000, Type of use:Street use only
2001 Boxster S with 49,000 miles. Occasionally, when the car had been sitting for a while, it would run rough when first stared up. The engine would misfire. Just put the car back on the road and it was rougher than usual. It eventually calmed down once it warmed up. However, the CEL came on and I have the following codes: P0300, P0304 and P0306, indicating a misfire. Does this indicate the O2 sensor is bad or is it something else? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
