cloudy paint finish

Vehicle Information: Model: 930; Year: 1978; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 82,000;

The paint has developed a cloudy effect. The paint is smooth, no scratches. I'm not sure if it is the product I'm using or my application of them. I use 3M hand glaze and P21 wax. Priorly I was using Griot's products and wonder if that's the reason for this cloudy effect. What shall I do to bring the paint back to crystal clear. I have noticed that in humid days the effect gets worse. I have polished the car, it becomes clear, but after a couple of weeks the cloudy effect comes back; showing like the polishing or waxing circular strokes. I show the car but lately the cloudy effect is becoming too obvious.
