1996 Carerra has minor quarter sized leak after car has been out travelling. Indie recommends that since engine and tranny need to come out that a clutch replacement should be done at that time as well a bearing.Car has only 34000 gentle miles in its lifespan.Leak apparently hasn't found its way to clutch as yet.I understand the logic of the clutch/bearings rebuilds since the eng+tran are both out . Would you look at this pre-emption as nice but not necessary. Ignorining the clutch rebuild would likely save 50% off the cost.But I want to do the best thing for the car so again should we do the whole rebuild or just the RMS leak?
