Fuel System

Hi JoelJust now got the time to work on my car, on my last question you said the code P-1123 was a O2 sensor reading rich and to clean the fuel presser regulator as a possible. Is the fuel presser regulator mounted to the throttle body? also would it be a good idea to remove the throttle body and clean it at the same time? Did complete service a month a go and changed the fuel filter at that time do I need to change it again if muck in the regulator? Or can I assume the new filter is doing its job? My repair manual disk is corrupt on the fuel system section can open it.Thanks for your helpMark
