Correct hose placement

Engine

Vehicle Information: Year: 1976; Engine (Size, Modifications): 930 ; Total Mileage: 68K;

I have finished re-assembly of this car after having set for over 10 years, and I'm not the one who took it apart. After I got it running, there was an oil leak, but only at highway speeds. I found the oil was coming from an open hose port at the top of the oil reservoir. There is an unused air port on the back side of the air filter housing. Does the hose go directly from the oil reservior to the air filter housing or is there a PVC valve or something in the line? There is also a hose that comes from the top of the engine crankcase and attaches to the filler neck of the oil reservior. Is this the correct placement?
