Door Frame Issue

Model: 911, Year:1975, Mileage:55000, Type of use:Both Street & Track
I recently purchased a 1975 orange Porsche 911 Targa. When the vehicle arrived I noticed neither of the doors would close properly. When my mechanic examined the vehicle he found that rust had weakened the door frame such that the door hinge could not support the weight of the door. It was sagging downward since the frame was too weak. This sounds like a big problem. Can this be fixed and if so, how would I fix it? How much would it cost and could you recommend a good shop that can handle this kind of rework?I do have the opportunity to return the vehicle due to the poor condition. Should I return this vehicle?Thank you very much for your help!
