dual mass flywheel

Transmission and Clutch

Model: 996, Year:1999, Mileage:138000, Type of use:Both Street & Track
The clutch pedal on my '99 996 Cab with 138,000 miles stopped coming up so I greased the clutch pedal, counterspring, and replaced the slave cylinder but that didn't fix it so I removed the tranny and everything looks OK. However, the dual mass flywheel rotates 5 degrees pretty easily so I am suspicious of the flywheel. The car was a repo so I don't know the history over 10,000 miles ago but I have done two DE's. Any thoughts on the dual mass flywheel flexibility? Any thoughts to share on a RMS or IMS bearing while I'm in there? Thanks, Peter
