Engine Failure

Vehicle Information: Year: 2000; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.7; Total Mileage: 95000; Transmission: Manual;

I posted a 3000rpm engine vibration question about 1 1/2 years ago. In short, dealer could not fix after a flywheel replacement. This problem was documented at 30K and 45K. Now at 95K (all interstate miles to work)I have an engine failure. Again the dealer has no clue what happened, all they could tell me is that the engine runs fine until it warms up to about 200 degrees and the oil pressure flat lines. Oil light flickers not continous. I feel the vibration could have contributed to this failure. I feel this is a larger engine balance issue due to the issues that I have read here from other Boxster owners. It sounds like we all have a similiar problem, especially the guy from 2002 with 2 engine vibrations and failures. Can I expect my new engine to get no more mileage than a 1975 Chrysler? Should Porsche have paid for my engine since it was documented twice under warranty? Thanks in advance for your reply.chris
